LATE POLICY

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows for ample time for another client to enjoy the appointment.
If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours of your appointment, there is a 50% charge of scheduled services. If canceled or no-show within 24 hours, there is a 100% charge of scheduled services.

Please be on-time for your appointment. If you arrive late your services may be altered to fit the remaining time, If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services booked. If you are more 15+ minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged for the services scheduled that day.

To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all, we kindly ask that children only come to the salon if they’re receiving a service. To keep things safe and stress-free, children under the age of 12 may not accompany you during your appointment. We want to make sure our space stays relaxing for all guests.
